Lucy Hobgood-Brown
Lucy Hobgood-Brown, Founding Director of Clay International Partners, has experience living and working in nine countries, working in international social development, international communications, project implementation and public relations.
She has expertise in helping organisations design and implement social development programs, developing strategic policies and plans, and training and mentoring staff. She has the ability to work effectively across different cultures and languages.
Lucy has Master’s degrees in International Communications and International Social Development from Australian universities.
Rotary Woman of Action
She is an active member of Rotary and was named one of six Global Women of Action by Rotary International at the United Nations in 2015. She is a member of the Rotary Greater Sydney E-Club, and is active in Rotary Australia World Community Service and Rotarians for Bees.
HandUp Congo
She is also co-founder and president of HandUp Congo, a non-profit organisation that facilitates sustainable community-driven business, education, social and health initiatives in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where Lucy grew up.
